We are excited to see you in Louisville, Kentucky for our 2023 Annual Meeting in August! The hours and locations for our offices and functions/events are listed below. These are subject to change so please check back for updates.

  • Registration is available in My Journey (formerly Member Center). Please log on with your credentials, and click on “Register for Annual Session.”

    You will need to enter your name and your guest name (if applicable) how you want them to appear on the badges. Please verify your information.

    Once the registration fee of $300 is paid, you will receive an email confirmation with your state hotel assignment. Please click on the link and make your reservation. If you need any special hotel requests, changes, or to cancel please call the hotel directly.
